Final Paper!! Unit 9 Blog

Hi Everyone! Hope all is well. I can honestly say, i'm so ready to get this class over with. Not that i don't like writing, but i want to move forward with my career. My paper is not done, but will be at the end of this unit. I still have a few more things to do to it. I actually liked working on this paper because i know people who were pregnant teenagers, and the way socierty treated them was horrible(mostly adults). But they were againist sex education in schools, now their daughter is the one that's pregnant. Go figure.. Anyways i found this subject very alarming and it's shown some decrease, but we need it to decline even more. There are many ways we can teach our children what the consquences are and what happens. The most important detail, it's up to the kids to decide for themselves. If they are going to do it, (we as parents probably wouldn't find out unitl the word " mom, dad i'm pregnant" pops up) they need to be aware of the actions. So what we need to do is educate them in preventive measures such as birth control. Maybe that might help. Anyways, i did not find this subject hard to research and had very good resources.
